The mediation process too often devolves into a day of shuttle diplomacy with numbers moving back and forth without meaningful analysis or decisive guidance. To make matters worse, mediators often waste everyone’s time by performatively waiting to communicate offers and counteroffers to exaggerate their own impact. And, for this rudimentary service, clients often pay tens of thousands of dollars.

We Created A New Model: Expedited Mediation
The double-blind structure creates a risk-free opportunity to say "yes" — which is often the desive factor in settling. ​
With Expedited Mediation, the parties submit streamlined pre-mediation briefs. The mediator then conducts short, meaningful negotiation exchanges with the parties, and concludes the process with a targeted mediator’s proposal. The process is fast and cost-effective, but still empowers the parties to voluntarily resolve their matter while preserving the confidentiality of their bargaining positions through the “double-blind” mediator’s proposal.
